- Conchitas a la parmesana.- Scallops au gratin with parmesan cheese.
- Papa rellena de lomo fino.- Deep fried potato filled with fillet of beef, onion, raisins, olives and egg.
- Chicharrón de cerdo con camote frito.- Chunks of pork, cooked 3 hours in a herb and vegetables fond, served with Creole sauce of tomato, onion, lemon and fresh mint, fried sweet potato.
- Tamal de cerdo.- Pastry of corn flour with sun dried peppers and onion, stuffed with chunks of pork, egg and olive, steamed in banana leave.
